Virtual OCD &Anxiety Therapy

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, OCD, or difficult emotions begin to take up more space than the things that matter most. You may find yourself caught in cycles of worry, overthinking, intrusive thoughts, avoidance, or feeling disconnected from the life you want to be living.

My goal is to help you break free from those patterns and build a more meaningful life.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in working with individuals struggling with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, and co-occurring substance use concerns. Using evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness-based interventions, my goal is to help clients develop a different relationship with fear, uncertainty, and difficult emotions.

Over the past 10 years, I have worked as a Clinical Director at inpatient and outpatient levels of care, and as an LMFT in private practice, community based, and school based settings. My passion is to create a non-judgmental space for clients struggling with OCD and anxiety to feel understood and face their fears with support and guidance.

Navigating Therapy

You don’t have to navigate your challenges alone. If you are struggling with intrusive thoughts, constant worry, or patterns that feel hard to break, therapy can offer a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin making meaningful change. I provide a compassionate, collaborative environment where you can explore what you’re experiencing without judgement, while leaning practical, evidence-based tools to help you move forward. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded and more connected to the life you want to live.
